Become a Volunteer Tutor Volunteer tutors are the lifeblood of the Cluster Tutoring Program. You don't need any special training to be a tutor - only patience, a desire to make a difference, and 90 minutes one night a week during the school year.
Cluster provides a tutor orientation in the fall, prior to the beginning of tutoring. We also provide individual orientations throughout the tutoring year to volunteers who join Cluster after tutoring has begun. We also have other volunteer opportunities for those who cannot commit to tutoring for the full year--please contact us for more information on these.
